KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. A PhD in a related field from a recognized and accredited institution.

2. Basic ICT proficiency, including the use of online research platforms and virtual learning systems.

3. Willingness to undergo a one-week comprehensive induction training on ARU’s postgraduate supervision model.

4. Demonstrated research experience, with evidence of peer-reviewed publications.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and academic writing skills.

6. Previous experience supervising postgraduate students (added advantage).

7. Commitment to ethical research practices and adherence to ARU’s quality assurance standards.

8. Ability to guide students in proposal development, data analysis, thesis structuring, and scholarly dissemination.

9. Professional integrity, punctuality, and ability to meet supervision deadlines.
