Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Secretary to manage and support the administrative needs of our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting presentations, and take minutes.
- creating and collecting deifferent reports.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, microsoft project).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Open to travel Abroad
-Previous experience in company with the same feild is preferred
